1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

- It must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
2. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a faulty product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
We do not refund original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

- Baby products (e.g., teethers, feeding tools) that have been opened
- Pet food or treats that have been opened
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards
